2. BUYING: If you are in the market to purchase property, I excel in helping buyers and investors find exactly what they are looking for, with the right terms and the best price. Believe it or not, there's a lot of creativity in identifying, negotiating, and structuring the ideal purchase.

 

​3. BUILDING: We can collaborate to purchase and develop the right lot to build a single family or multi-family development through my construction company STEEL BUILT.
